Theresa M. "T-Bird" Anderson, 58 of Wapakoneta died at 8:58 P.M. Saturday August 18, 2012 at the Ohio State University Medical Center.
She was born February 2, 1954 to Theodore J. & Wanda I. (Stotts) Kohler in Wapakoneta. Her father preceded her in death and her mother survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include 4 sisters Mary Ann Long, Joanne Kohler, Elizabeth (Jeff) Arnold, Margaret (Mike) Schwartz, nieces and nephews, Christina Kohler, Sherry George, Jason Arnold, Amy Kohler, Justin Kohler, Melissa (Shawn) Volbert, Jimmy Blauvelt, Katie Kohler, Heather Kohler, 11 great nieces, 8 great nephews and a sister in law Mary Ann Kohler.
She was preceded in death by a brother Edward Kohler.
She was a 40 year member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #691 and was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
A memorial service will begin at 6 P.M. Wednesday August, 22, 2012 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services performed by the Fraternal Order of Eagles #691. Friends may call from 4 until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
