Ruth A. Howell, 74, of Wapakoneta passed away at 4:41 a.m. Monday October 24, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on November 29, 1941 in Lima, OH to Robert & Velma Law who preceded her in death. On January 25, 1961 she married Franklin J. "Frank" Howell who passed away on August 16, 2010.
Survivors also include 3 children; Pamela Kennon of New Hampshire, Eric (Bobbi) Howell and David (Teri) Howell both of Wapakoneta; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Gutman.
The family has entrusted Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services to handle the arrangements.
