Rick S. Titus

Rick S. Titus, 70, of Wapakoneta, died August 21, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on November 12, 1952 to the late James and Joyce (Varney) Titus. On October 15, 1976 he married Sandy Wukusick and she survives in Wapakoneta.

Rick is also survived by his two children Matt (Elizabeth) Titus and Missy (Mike) Picard; 5 grandchildren Connor, Nolan, Ian, Noella and Emmalyn; a brother Jeff (Pat) Titus; father-in-law Joseph “Benny” Wukusick; brother-in-law Tom (Kathy) Wukusick and sister-in-law Lori Wukusick as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by a mother-in-law Mickie Wukusick.

Rick was a long-time member of the National Swine Registry. He worked as a truck driver for Stahler Trucking in Wapakoneta until his retirement.  In his spare time, Rick enjoyed raising show pigs on his family farm and traveling to shows and sales across the country. Vacationing with his family and close friends became his favorite past time. His grandchildren were his everything, the reason he battled so hard, for so long.

In lieu of visiting hours, the family has requested your presence to celebrate his life at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds (Junior Fair Building) on Friday, August 25, 2023 beginning at 5:00 p.m.
