Patsy Jo Binkley-Foster

Patsy Jo Binkley-Foster, 82, of Wapakoneta died at 9:00 A.M. October 17, 2012 at her residence.
She was born in Wapakoneta on January 19, 1930 to Warner Wolfe & Mary LaDonna Shepherd who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a step-mother Mary Wolfe and a brother Jack Wolfe.
On September 21, 1946, she married Harold H. Binkley and he passed away July 17, 1988. She then married Addison Foster on March 8, 1997 and he passed away December 23, 2009.
She is survived by a daughter Joyce Dotson. She was preceded in death by a son Robert Binkley who died November 8, 1976. Survivors also included grandchildren Troy (Tiffany) Montgomery and Tony Montgomery both of Wapakoneta, Jeremy (Sandy) Dotson of Shawnee, and Jake (Lisa) Dotson of Elida, great-grandchildren Emilie, Sidney, Zane, Katelyn, Alyssa, Savannah, Justin, and December, two sisters Billie (Bob) Keiber and Peggy (Bob) Walti.
Patsy attended Blume High School and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta. She worked in the cafeteria for the Wapakoneta City Schools and also for Wapak Products. She enjoyed traveling by motorcycle with Harold, and traveling abroad with Addison. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a wife, mother, and a homemaker.
It was Patsy's wishes that her body be donated to the Ohio State University, Anatomical Department. There will be no public visitation or services.
