Marlene A. Arrandale, 71, of Wapakoneta, died at 4 P.M. Sunday September 6, 2009 at Auglaize Acres.
She was born March 26, 1938 to Sidney Edward M.G. Arrandale & Irene May Boatman, in London, England who both preceded her in death. In 1957 she married Ted J. Elsass who survives.
Ms. Arrandale was a home health aide for many years in the area and a beautician. She was a 1955 graduate of the Sentondale School for Girls in London, England. She enjoyed Bingo, dancing, and knitting. She was a member of the Eagles Woman's Auxiliary and Wapak Community Worship Center.
She is survived by 2 sons; Larry Elsass of Wapakoneta; Dale (Chris) Elsass of Jackson, MI; 1 sister; Jacqueline Wright of Nottingham, England; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 1 brother and 2 sons.
Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday September 15 at 2 P.M. at Schlosser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 615 N. Dixie Hwy. Officiating will be Pastor Dan Holbrook. There will be no public visitation or burial.
