Marilyn M. Cummins, 78, of Wapakoneta died at 7:43 p.m. Sunday March 8, 2015 at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima following a long term illness with cancer.
She was born on February 28, 1937 in Lima, OH to Eugene & Edna (Westbay) Gould who preceded her in death. On October 6, 1955 she married Donald E. Cummins and he survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include 6 children; William Cummins of Uniopolis, Gary Cummins of Wapakoneta, Michael Cummins of Tiffin, Tony (Leigh) Cummins of Madeira, OH, Cheryl (Allan) Miller of Huber Heights, Linda (Robert) Hock of Findlay, 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Gould and a sister Donna Rogers.
Marilyn was a stay at home wife and mother. She enjoyed sewing, bingo, canning, crafts and internet games. But most of all, she loved the companionship of the Schnauzers.
Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Thursday March 12, 2015 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. Michael Westbay will be officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
