Margaret E. "Tootie" Zwiebel 89, of Wapakoneta died March 16, 2011 at 4:56 P.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born April 1, 1921 to Charles A. & Clara (Schumann) Fleming in Wapakoneta who preceded her in death. On February 27, 1949 she married Orval E. Zwiebel and he died on August 30, 1984.
She is also survived by two nieces; Christine (Steve) Davis & Jenny (Jim) Everhart both of Wapakoneta; 3 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law Charles W. (Jane) Fleming.
Mrs. Zwiebel was a 1939 graduate of Blume High School. She worked at Westinghouse for 9 years and then worked with her husband on their farm. She was also a lifelong member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wapakoneta.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Pastor Mark Bauer will be officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
