Madonna V. Turner, 76, of Wapakoneta died at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday September 10, 2013 at Auglaize Acres, Wapakoneta.
She was born December 2, 1936 in Greenville, MI to Virgil & Ethel Martin who preceded her in death. On April 16, 1954 she married James L. Turner and he survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include two daughters; Becky (Mark) Stapleton of Tipp City and Patti Jo (Joel Meier) Jacobs of Wapakoneta, 8 grandchildren; Stephanie (Jim) Thomas of West Milton, Jessica (Josh) Hance of Columbus, Sam Jacobs of Wapakoneta, Sarah (Del) Haynes of Lima, Mike (Sarah) Stapleton of Kettering, Todd (Jenn) Stapleton of Katy, TX, Ryan (Cierra) Stapleton of Troy, and Sonja (Greg) Wishon of Huber Heights and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Roxanne (Turner) Ipock, 3 sisters Delores, Helen, and Jacqueline.
Madonna was an auxiliary member of the Wapakoneta Eagles #691 and American Legion Post #330. She enjoyed traveling, camping, going to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, and especially loved NASCAR racing. She also cherished her dog Dusty very much.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Saturday September 14, 2013 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Pam Kohlrieser will be officiating.
