Keith Rohm, 63, of Wapakoneta passed away at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday August 2, 2016 at Lima Memorial Health System, Lima.
He was born in Lima, OH on September 8, 1952 to Ervin E. & Ardath (Moyer) Rohm who preceded him in death. On September 27, 1970 he married Joy K. Fritz and she survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors include a son; Matthew (Sharon) Rohm of Wapakoneta, two granddaughters Jasmine Rohm, Alexa (FiancAC.e Dustin Hodge) Rohm, two great-grandsons Weston and Sklyer, a sister Karen (Keith) Martin of FL and a niece Sarah (Jack) Spaulding of MD.
Keith was a 1971 graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High School. He retired from Ford Motor Company in Lima as an industrial mechanic in July of 2006 after 33 years. He was a member of the Auglaize County Sheriff's Auxiliary for almost 40 years and served as a trustee for Clay Township for 5 years. He was also a member of Harvest Baptist Church. He greatly enjoyed classic cars, motorcycles and guns. Most of all he loved his granddaughters and great-grandsons.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday August 8, 2016 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta with Pastor Gary Bragg officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Gutman. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home where Honor Guards from the Auglaize County Sheriff's Office will be present.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Auglaize County D.A.R.E. Program, Shop-With-A-Cop or St. Johns Vol. Fire & Rescue.
