Kathy L. Luma 76, of Wapakoneta died at 2:08 P.M. Wednesday May 8, 2013 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born June 22, 1936 in Lima, OH to William H. & Edna (Patterson) Miller who preceded her in death.
On December 7, 1953 she married Cletus M. Luma and he died April 8, 2007.
She is survived by two daughters and three sons; Lori & Tod Huebner of Wapakoneta, Steve & Charlene Luma of Wapakoneta, Suzie Bachelor of Oscoda, MI, Jeff Luma of Wapakoneta, and Chris & Tina Luma of Wapakoneta, 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter, a sister Sandy Fisher of Wapakoneta.
She was preceded in death by a son James David Luma, and a brother Roy Miller Jr.
Kathy lived in Oscoda, Michigan from 1993 to 2011 and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Oscoda & Christian Mothers. She loved her family and enjoyed cookouts with them. Her hobbies & interest included playing cards, cooking, gardening, sewing, bingo, and fund raising for the PMU Horse rescue.
Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Rev. Daniel Hunt will be officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Wapakoneta. Friends may call from 3-7 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to the Humane Society of Auglaize County.
