James T. "Butch" Barnett Jr. 58, of Indiana died at 12:00 A.M. November 21, 2012 at his sister's residence in Wapakoneta.
He was born in Muncie, IN on August 6, 1954 to James Sr. & Betty L. (Stanley) Barnett. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives.
He is also survived by two sisters; Shirley (Thomas) Prater of Wapakoneta, OH, Sue Hamilton of Alexandria, IN, a brother Keith (Angel) Barnett of Elwood, IN, a step grandmother Esta-May Stanley, and several nieces and nephews.
He was an avid horse lover.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday November 23, 2012 at Matthews Cemetery, Matthews, IN. Pastors Dan Holbrook and Nate Warren will be officiating. Military rites will be performed by Grant County Honor Guard.
Services are being handled by Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.
