Jack L. Cramer 77, of Wapakoneta died at 10:45 A.M. February 11, 2013 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born April 2, 1935 in St. Marys, OH to Oscar Sr. & Helen (Taylor) Cramer who preceded him in death.
He is survived by a daughter; Sue (Gary) Schoffner of Wapakoneta, 3 grandchildren; Brian & Natalie Schoffner, Jamie & Scott Sherrick both of Lima and Korre & Caitlyn Schoffner of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, 5 great grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 2 sisters; Betty Muter, Tom Cramer, Carl (Barbara) Cramer, and Joyce Strickland.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters; Bob, Frank, Patricia, Denny, Norma Jean, Oscar Jr., and Donald.
Jack was a general contractor. He also farmed, raised hogs, and was a landlord. He was a member of the Amvets Post #333. He enjoyed dancing, playing cards and shooting pool. He loved his garden and especially his flowers. He cherished his pet boxer, Zuma and will always be remembered as a very caring and giving to everyone he knew.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 10:00 A.M. Saturday February 16, 2013 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Pastor Dan Holbrook will be officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memorial Gardens, Celina. Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
