Iva D. Eder 68, of Wapakoneta died at 4:00 A.M. Wednesday February 20, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on October 25, 1944 in Hamlin, WV to Frank & Madge (Cooper) Walls who preceded her in death.
On July 27, 1992 she married Fred Eder and he survives in Wapakoneta.
She is also survived by 4 children; James (Julie) Hall of Elida, Sharon (Jeffrey) McCarty of Columbus, OH, Mikel (Julie) Hall of St. Cloud, FL, Bobby (Jeri) Hall of Lima, 3 stepchildren; Scott Eder, Verne Peake, and Jean Laurita, 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 2 brothers; Danelle Walls and Leavan Walls both of Liverpool, OH.
She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
Iva retired in 1994 from Lima Memorial Health Systems after 17 years of service in housekeeping. She attended Lima Community Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed camping, her home, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 10:00 A.M. Saturday February 23, 2013 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Pastor James Mason will be officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Wapakoneta. Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
