Helen L. Carey 82, of Lima formerly of Wapakoneta died at 8:06 P.M. October 21, 2012 at The Ohio State University Medical Center Ross Heart Hospital, Columbus.
She was born on June 29, 1930 in Lima, OH to Guy & Golda (Boop) Springer who preceded her in death.
She was married to Thomas Erb and William Carey who both also preceded her in death.
She is survived by 3 children Timothy Erb, Jeff (Shari) Erb, and Starlet Carey (David) Bowles, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a sister Ann.
She was preceded in death by a son Tom Erb, a grandson, and two sisters.
Helen enjoyed being outside and especially enjoyed playing bingo. She was a loving mother who enjoyed her family and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 12:00 P.M. on Friday October 26, 2012 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Pastor Ray Hadley will be officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service.
