Emersyn Celeste Lange, 2 months and 7 days, of Wapakoneta, passed away in the arms of her parents, the evening of Saturday, June 22, 2024 at University Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was born on April 15, 2024 in Lima, to Adam & Annette (Sarasin) Lange who survive at home with Emersyn's big sisters, Elyse and Estella.
Memories of Emersyn will be kept alive by her paternal grandparents, David & Pamela Lange, of Coldwater; maternal grandparents, Lloyd & Becky Sarasin Jr., of Celina; aunts and uncle, Kelly (Adam Cericola) Lange, Jacqueline (Shawn) Bogenrife, Andrea Lange, and Trent (Kayla) Sarasin; and cousins, Faith, Katie, Parker, and Jace.
Emersyn was welcomed into Heaven by her infant uncle, Neal; and infant cousin, Ashton.
Although she was only here for a short time, Emersyn completely lived up to the meaning of her name... brave. Even though her life may have had struggles, she was always surrounded by the love and light of her family. The words of Christopher Robin ring true for Emersyn and her family... although they may now be apart, they will always be together in heart. "If ever there's a tomorrow when we're not together, there's something you must remember... You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is even if we're apart, I'll always be with you."
Emersyn shared the precious gift of life by donating her heart valves through Gift of Life, Michigan.
A private family graveside service will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta. Memorial contributions may be made in Emersyn's memory to NORD, the National Organization for Rare Disorders at https://rarediseases.org/donate-nord/ The family has entrusted services to Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
