David A. Steinbrunner, 32, of Wapakoneta died Thursday May 22, 2014 at his residence.
He was born on September 4, 1981 in Lima, Ohio to Anthony R. Steinbrunner & Cathy L. (Rick) Rupert. His father survives in Elida and his mother in Pandora.
On September 16, 2000 he married Kathryn M. Fosnaugh and she survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include two sons; Korbin & Ian Steinbrunner, mother & father-in-law Randy & Jane Fosnaugh of Wapakoneta, grandparents Dave & Barb LaRoche of Celina, Germaine Steinbrunner of Montezuma and an uncle Steven LaRoche of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Melba Sue (Adam) LaRoche and grandfather R. Anthony Steinbrunner.
David was a 2000 graduate of Shawnee High School and then attended Miami University. He was a computer programmer with Media Box, Cincinnati and Dizmo, Switzerland. He enjoyed triathlons and rock climbing. He was a very gracious contributor to Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross, Remote Area Medical, Public Media and PKD.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday May 27, 2014 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
