Clara B. Tester, 87, of Wapakoneta died at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday March 9, 2016 at Wapakoneta Manor.
She was born on June 15, 1928 in St. Marys to Clifford & Mary (Skinner) O'Neal who preceded her in death. She was married to Gerald Tester and he also preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter; Ruby Steen of Celina, a brother Robert (Sonja) O'Neal of Wapakoneta and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son Billy and a daughter Rita.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 12, 2016 at Kossuth Cemetery.
The family has entrusted Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services to handle the arrangements.
