Alvina Malinda Hollenbacher-Brorein-Thomas, 88, of Wapakoneta passed away at 5:49 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Mercy Health-St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born on December 6, 1932 in Shelby County to William & Bertha (Baker) Hollenbacher who preceded her in death. She was married to Richard Thomas and he passed away in 2014.
Survivors include 5 children Gary (Kathryn) Brorein, Karen King, Sharon (Lee) Huffman, Linda Walters, Lisa (Richard) Bellman; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; a sister-in-law Doris Hollenbacher and a brother-in-law Edwin Koch.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers Orville (Demora) Hollenbacher, Alfred Hollenbacher; 2 sisters Naomi (Harold) Kohler, Hilda Koch and a grandchild angel Casey.
Private family graveside services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 with Rev. Gary Hohman officiating.
